Questions: Email confirmation of ticket order and ticket postage question

    I ordered and paid for a Firegathering ticket last week. Thing is I haven't actually received email confirmation of my order yet. Should I have by now?

    Also, I know it says on the website that tickets are sent out in batches during the 2 weeks before the festival. But are tickets sent out by recorded/special delivery? If so, the only day I will be in to be able to sign for it would be this coming Saturday. And the Friday after that I'm off to Firegathering.
